		In September 2015, the ISO9001:2015 
standard was issued. In order to better apply the quality management 
system to enterprises, Shiyou Electric initiated the certification of 
the quality management system version change in May 2015
 
 In May, the certification process for the upgrade of Shiyou Electric officially began!
 
 In July, the preparation, review, and approval of the trial version of 
the 2015 Quality Management Manual were completed. Trial version 
released and running throughout the company!
 
 In October, the quality management manual of Shiyou Electric passed the
 audit of Biwei International Certification Company, and the official 
version was released and put into operation throughout the company!
 
 In November, the top management held a management review meeting and 
conducted an internal audit throughout the company to assess the 
implementation of the quality management system!
 
 From November 9th to 11th, Biwei organized an audit team to conduct a three-day on-site audit of Shiyou Electric!

 In 2012, the ISO 
organization began research on a new framework for the next generation 
of quality management standards, continuing to strengthen the 
fundamental role of quality management system standards in sustainable 
economic growth, and providing a stable series of core requirements for 
the next decade or longer; Retain its universality and apply it to 
operate in organizations of any type, size, and industry; We will focus 
on effective process management to achieve the expected output.
By 
applying ISO guidelines, enhance its compatibility and compliance with 
other ISO management system standards; To promote the implementation of 
first party, second party, and third-party qualification assessment 
activities within the organization; Using simplified language and 
descriptive forms to deepen understanding and unify the explanation of 
various requirements.
ISO9001: The main changes in the 2015 version 
of the standard lie in its structure and format, including the adoption 
of a new universal framework for management system standards (see Figure
 1), as well as the increase in the importance of risks. Risk 
identification and risk control have become requirements of the 
standard, requiring the top management to take a more proactive role in 
coordinating quality policies with business needs.
